Most people experience stress in one way or the other - too much work, not enough work, have to drive too far, not enough time, dehydration - and this impacts on us whether we like it or not, or even whether we know it or not.
What I have found is that if a person's health basics are out, the stress compounds to higher and higher levels, depending on how many deficiencies they have. These can lead to symptoms of almost any disease you care to imagine, including depression, exhaustion, lack of energy, short-temperedness (I just made up that word!), hyperactivity, hormonal imbalances. Anything you care to name.
The human body is like a motor car, you gotta give it the right fuel to run.
Two of the basics, so simple yet so forgotten or not fully understood, is calcium and magnesium. If taken in the right form and in the right proportions and in the right pH balance, give the nerves a coating. They go a long way to calming one down and becoming more focussed. If the nerves are tense, guess what, you're tense!
I have been helping people for more than 30 years with their health basics with great success. I don't believe in extremes but rather gradients towards improved health. As one gets in the health basics, so one desires less of the things that cause a breakdown of health, naturally. The cravings get less.
My advice is free and I love helping people feel better. Anyone can feel better and calmer - and happier.
